Discover A Powerful Group of Allies

As we embark on the journey of Self-discovery, it can often be helpful to join forces with others who share the same goals. These allies are a valuable resource, offering insight, perspective, support, validation, and encouragement. It is a powerful thing to be part of a group that understands what it is like to face both trials and foes, who doesn’t turn away or ask you to step back but offers the encouragement and support you need to keep fighting.

Making Sense of Your Worth

This program was created by Cindy R. Lee, LCSW in partnership with HALO Project International, and is designed for any individual desiring to obtain positive self-worth or secure attachment. Participants will go through a series of sessions in a group format designed to help them understand how the events in their lives have contributed to low self-worth. The classes focus on developing an understanding of the “lies” an individual believes about themselves, such as “I am not good enough,” “I am not smart enough,” or “I have no patience” and how to replace these lies with truth. Once a participant is released from the beliefs associated with the past, the sessions focus on building a new life based on positive self-worth.

The program is comprised of 8 sessions lasting 2 hours in duration. We have daytime and evening sessions available. Class size is generally no larger than 12 participants. We offer classes for women and teens.

Go Feel Yourself

Go Feel Yourself is a course for those who have difficulty expressing, connecting with, or fully embodying their emotions. This course consists of six 3-hour sessions which occur once a month over the course of six months. During each session, participants will engage with their emotions both spiritually and physically as they learn new ways to welcome, understand, and integrate the powerful emotional energy contained within us all. These in-person sessions are supplemented with virtual check-ins throughout the following month.

For each session, we will create a safe space for your emotions to be fully experienced and expressed. These experiences include guided meditation, breaking things, poetry, painting, breathwork, cacao ceremony, oils, play, connecting with nature, fire, dance, and music.
